Senior MEP Estimator
Remote • Full-Time / Contract
Requirements: 5+ years experience in commercial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimating. Must be proficient in Bluebeam/Trimble/FastPIPE and deeply familiar with NEC, UPC/IPC, and Texas municipal code variances.
Commercial General Construction Estimator
Remote • Full-Time
Requirements: 3+ years experience pricing CSI MasterFormat Divisions 3 through 10. Expertise in concrete, masonry, structural steel, and drywall takeoffs. Strong understanding of Texas commercial logistics.
